Our Governance Model
At the heart of CreateX is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that empowers every member of our community. Our governance model merges transparency with efficiency—ensuring that decisions are made collectively while executed effectively.
By leveraging a council-based structure and on-chain transparency, we ensure that every voice is heard and that our strategic direction aligns with the values of community empowerment and innovation.
Council Roles & Responsibilities
Our Council, elected directly by CTX token holders, is entrusted with pivotal responsibilities:
- Strategic Decision-making: Shaping the long-term vision and setting priorities for CreateX.
- Oversight & Execution: Monitoring project milestones, ensuring transparency, and enforcing accountability.
- Budget & Financial Review: Approving annual budgets and managing community funds for sustainable growth.
- Risk & Compliance: Mitigating risks through proactive monitoring and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Representation: Acting as ambassadors who connect the community with external partners and resources.
Election & Council Composition
The integrity of our DAO governance relies on a fair and transparent election process:
- Open Elections: All CTX token holders can vote, ensuring democratic participation.
- Council Size: Our council typically consists of 7 members, balancing diverse expertise and agile decision-making.
- Terms & Tenure: Council members serve fixed terms (usually two years), with the possibility of re-election under staggered rotations to ensure continuity.
- Candidate Eligibility: Any community member with a demonstrable commitment to CreateX values and a sufficient CTX stake can nominate themselves.
Governance Process
Our governance process is designed for transparency and community engagement:
- Proposal Submission: Any member can submit proposals once a minimum token threshold or support is met.
- Open Discussion: Proposals are openly discussed, ensuring diverse perspectives and refinement through community input.
- Voting: Every CTX token represents a vote, and key proposals require a quorum along with a majority for approval.
- Execution & Oversight: Approved proposals are executed by the council under secure multi-signature controls, with periodic updates provided to the community.
Transparency & Accountability
In CreateX, accountability is paramount. All governance-related activities—from proposal discussions to voting outcomes—are publicly recorded and accessible via our on-chain system or community portal. This ensures that every decision is transparent, and every stakeholder can track the progress and performance of our DAO.
