CREATE X / Governance

Shared ambition.
Clear responsibility.

Decentralization is a direction for organizational design. It should strengthen trust and accountability as the network grows. It is not a reason to leave financial, safety, or delivery responsibilities undefined.

GOVERNANCE / V1.2

Three layers of a gradual governance design.

01

Core operations

The V1.2 design places day-to-day operations, brand, compliance, and coordination here.

02

Council

A proposed layer for strategic oversight, major decisions, budgets, and risk review.

03

Community governance

A proposed path toward participation in rules and shared resource decisions.

Propose → Discuss → Decide → Deliver → Review

A useful proposal makes its goal, budget, milestones, acceptance criteria, and risks clear. Implementation should follow valid authority, with an evidence-based review.

Contribution needs evidence.

Delivery, reusable assets, ecosystem development, and public goods are the four contribution categories in V1.2. Records should show the work, its author, acceptance, permission, and reuse. Hours alone do not establish value, and a record does not automatically grant compensation, tokens, or governance rights.

DESIGN PROPOSAL / V1.2

CTX & CRED: proposals, not an offer.

The whitepaper explores CTX for governance and treasury decisions, and CRED for operational points or usage rights. This does not establish issuance, tradability, redemption, equity, or a personal entitlement. This site offers no token purchase, fundraising, or guaranteed return. Any implementation requires separate authorization and applicable compliance review.

Connected by practice.
Independent in responsibility.

CreateX, BoardX, and ShareX are peer projects. The design explores visual collaboration with BoardX and content distribution with ShareX through standards and interfaces. It does not establish a parent–subsidiary relationship, shared guarantee, cross-project agency, or dependency on a single platform.
